King’s College International School Bangkok has launched the third round of its Academic Excellence Scholarship. The programme supports students in Year 10 and Year 12 with full financial coverage during Senior School and university, with a combined value reaching 5 million baht.

The scholarship covers tuition, meals, school supplies, and uniforms. Students entering Year 10 can receive support for four years until Year 13, worth over 4 million baht. Those joining in Year 12 are supported for two years, amounting to over 2 million baht. Each recipient also gets additional funding of up to 1 million baht for undergraduate education.
King’s Bangkok remains the first private school in Thailand to provide this kind of full grant. The programme is intended for students with strong academic records who lack access to international school education due to financial limitations.

Sakon Suksriwong, Chairman of the Executive Committee, stated that the scholarship came from a shared goal among the leadership and teaching staff. The aim is to open pathways for high-performing students to access top-quality education and later contribute to national development.
