Dunhuang-Inspired Cultural Showcases, Performances, and Special Offers Until 2 February 2025

Siam Paragon is marking the 50th anniversary of diplomatic ties between Thailand and China with a vibrant Lunar New Year celebration. The event, titled “Siam Paragon: A Prosperous Chinese New Year 2025,” runs from today until 2 February 2025 at Parc Paragon.

The festivities draw inspiration from Dunhuang, a historic Silk Road oasis known for its 2,000-year-old cultural heritage. This theme reinforces Siam Paragon’s reputation as a premier destination for Chinese New Year celebrations.

Star-Studded Opening Ceremony

On 28 January 2025, Tourism and Sports Minister Sorawong Thienthong and Tourism Authority of Thailand Governor Thapanee Kiatphaibool led the opening ceremony. Key executives from Siam Paragon, including Pasinee Limatibul, Katevalee Napasab, and Chadatip Chutrakul, joined the event alongside KASIKORNBANK’s First Vice President, Chatchawan Sangpreedeekorn. Celebrities Krit “PP” Amnuaydechkorn and Thanapob “Tor” Leeratanakachorn also attended, with Cartier presenting an exclusive jewellery showcase.

Saruntorn Asaves, First Executive Vice President of Siam Piwat, highlighted that this year’s event embraces Dunhuang’s artistic legacy. Visitors can enjoy traditional performances, immersive decorations, celebrity appearances, and exclusive shopping perks.
