Data from a 2024 DataReportal study highlights SMS marketing’s effectiveness, showing an impressive 98% open rate within the first three minutes of message delivery. This instant engagement makes it one of the most impactful communication channels for businesses.
Beyond instant messaging, Thailand’s digital economy is expanding by 20% annually. The National Economic and Social Development Council (NESDC) estimates that mobile commerce will dominate, accounting for 74% of all online transactions within the next decade.
