Lunique Real Estate Co., Ltd. has commenced construction on Skypark Lucean Jomtien Pattaya, the first Banyan-branded residence in the area. The THB 7.5 billion beachfront development is located 200 metres from Jomtien Beach and spans over 10 rai.
