Plus Property is aiming for THB 2 billion in revenue for 2025 by strengthening its presence in luxury real estate, enhancing smart technology solutions, and expanding sustainability initiatives.

Growth Amid Strong Market Demand

The company reported THB 1.8 billion in revenue for 2024, maintaining steady growth despite economic challenges. High-net-worth buyers continued driving demand for luxury properties, while key locations like Phuket, Khon Kaen, and Pattaya thrived due to tourism activity. Currently managing 442 projects covering 20.2 million square metres, Plus Property maintains high service standards, reflected in a 90.7% customer satisfaction rating and multiple ISO certifications.

Strategic Focus Areas for 2025

To achieve its ambitious revenue target, Plus Property is focusing on five key areas:

Strengthening Luxury Real Estate Services

The company is launching Thailand’s first Luxury Management Academy to train specialists in high-end property services. It is partnering with Nai Lert Butler Academy, The British Butler Institute, and Mandarin Oriental to enhance service quality. Security, privacy, and community engagement will also be upgraded for luxury homeowners.

Advancing Smart Technology with LIV-24

LIV-24, the company’s security and efficiency division, is expanding its smart technology solutions. AI-driven innovations will improve fire safety, energy efficiency, and fleet management. A new Visitor Management System (VMS) with License Plate Recognition (LPR) and digital parking payments via LINE aims to cut costs by 40%.

Expanding Plus Concierge in Phuket

With rising demand in Phuket, Plus Concierge will introduce premium home and lifestyle services, including housekeeping, gardening, maintenance, travel assistance, and bill payment. Customers can access these services via the Home Service app.

Enhancing Touch Property’s Inspection and Consultancy Services

Touch Property, a subsidiary specialising in building inspection and engineering consultancy, is expanding to cater to high-rise and mixed-use projects. It will focus on electrical, HVAC, elevator, and energy management solutions to improve building safety and longevity.

Boosting Sustainability Efforts

The company is intensifying eco-friendly initiatives through Green Procurement and waste reduction programs. Ongoing projects include recycling programs, organic gardening, beach clean-ups, and upcycling plastic straws into pillows for bedridden patients.
