November and December are all that’s left of 2026, and Thailand still has some of its biggest music festivals waiting to happen. Two months, nine festivals and plenty of reasons to make one last trip before the year ends.
Tomorrowland is finally coming to Thailand, EDC is bringing a massive electronic music lineup to Phuket, and Wonderfruit is preparing another five days of music, art and late-night discoveries. Throw in underground forest gatherings in Chiang Mai and Nakhon Nayok, a weekend of Thai rock in Khao Yai and free jazz on Pattaya Beach, and the final stretch of the year is looking particularly good for music lovers.
The difficult part is choosing where to go. Some festivals are worth planning an entire holiday around, while others make for a weekend away with friends. There are also significant differences in ticket prices, accommodation, musical styles and the kind of crowd you can expect.
Before 2026 disappears, here’s ZOSMA News’ guide to the music festivals across Thailand worth having on your calendar.

Mycelium Festival 2026: Electronic Music in the Chiang Dao Mountains
November 20–22, 2026 | Tiger Jungle Art Camp, Chiang Dao, Chiang Mai
Heading into the mountains for a music festival has its own appeal, particularly when the setting is as much a part of the weekend as the music itself.
Mycelium Festival takes place at Tiger Jungle Art Camp in Chiang Dao, north of Chiang Mai city, surrounded by forest and mountain scenery. Presented by Deep Green, the three-day event brings together underground electronic music, live performances, art, food and camping, with four stages spread across the venue.
The lineup features a broad selection of independent artists, including Donna Leake, DJ Sweed, Amberleaf and several experimental live performers. It’s the sort of program that rewards curiosity. Rather than building the weekend around a handful of recognizable headliners, Mycelium encourages visitors to explore different sounds and discover musicians they might otherwise never encounter.

Camping gives the weekend a different rhythm. With visitors staying on-site, there’s time to enjoy the surroundings, take a break from the speakers and return to the music whenever something catches your attention.
That slower pace is a major part of the attraction. Smaller crowds and a setting away from the city can make discovering new music feel considerably more personal.
The full festival pass covers November 20–22 and provides access to all four stages and the camping area. A shorter pass allows entry from noon on Saturday, November 21. The organizers also offer children’s tickets and packages that include camping equipment.
One detail worth remembering is that a standard ticket includes access to the camping area, not a tent or other gear. Bring your own equipment or arrange one of the available camping packages in advance. Transportation is also not included.
The venue is outside Chiang Mai city, so plan your journey to Chiang Dao ahead of time, especially if you’re arriving after dark.
Ticket status: Full festival passes, Saturday passes and camping packages are listed. Confirm current availability before purchasing.

PANLAWAN In The Wild 2026: Underground Sounds in Nakhon Nayok
December 11–13, 2026 | Bamboo Base Camping, Nakhon Nayok
Not every worthwhile music festival needs enormous stages, fireworks and thousands of people packed into one crowd.
PANLAWAN In The Wild takes a more intimate approach, bringing underground house and techno to a camping venue in Nakhon Nayok. The inaugural event is built around electronic music, art, nature and a shared appreciation for sounds that don’t always make it onto Thailand’s biggest festival lineups.
The announced artists include DJ Krit Morton, DJ Sweed, DJ Zombie, Korn Lee and numerous other performers from the underground electronic scene.
For listeners who enjoy proper house and techno sets, there’s a lot to like about that approach. Rather than depending on expensive international headliners, PANLAWAN gives local artists space to perform while bringing together people interested in discovering something beyond the mainstream.

The outdoor setting adds to the attraction. Spending two nights surrounded by music and nature offers a considerably different weekend from a crowded nightclub or an indoor arena event.
There’s also a community element to PANLAWAN. Its organizers have described the gathering as a meeting point for music, art and creativity, with an emphasis on connecting people who share similar interests.
The event begins on Friday, December 11, with music scheduled from 8 PM and the program continuing through Sunday morning, December 13.
Ticket prices are relatively accessible compared with major international festivals. Early-bird two-day passes were advertised at ฿890, while a regular two-day pass has been listed at ฿1,190. Visitors should check the current ticket category before purchasing.
Since this is PANLAWAN’s first edition, check the organizer’s final instructions for camping arrangements, venue access and transportation before traveling.
If spending a weekend exploring underground electronic music sounds more appealing than chasing famous headliners, PANLAWAN is an interesting addition to December’s calendar.
Ticket status: Regular admission has been advertised. Current availability should be confirmed with the organizer.
Tickets: Published regular two-day price of ฿1,190. See the event and ticket information.

Wonderfruit 2026: Five Days of Music, Art and Discovery
December 3–7, 2026 | The Fields at Siam Country Club, Chonburi
Wonderfruit has established itself as one of Thailand’s most distinctive festivals, largely because there’s so much happening beyond the music.
Every December, The Fields at Siam Country Club becomes a temporary creative world filled with elaborate structures, art installations, food experiences, workshops and a constantly changing selection of performances.
You could spend the afternoon exploring an installation, discover a traditional Thai music performance, enjoy a long dinner and eventually find yourself dancing somewhere you hadn’t even planned to visit.
That’s the attraction of Wonderfruit. While DJs and musicians perform throughout the grounds, much of the enjoyment comes from wandering between spaces and discovering what’s happening around you.
Different areas have their own identities. The Quarry is known for electronic music, while Molam World celebrates sounds rooted in Thailand’s northeastern musical traditions. Spaces such as Forest Stage add further variety to the program.

Wonderfruit also puts considerable attention into food, cultural activities and wellness, giving visitors plenty of reasons to explore throughout the day rather than saving all their energy for the evening.
The five-day format makes it especially suitable for people who want to settle into the surroundings instead of rushing through a packed itinerary.
There is, however, some planning involved. The festival offers general camping and other accommodation options, but the basic camping arrangement doesn’t include a tent. General Camping has been advertised at ฿1,500 before VAT and fees, and visitors need to bring their own equipment. Facilities include shared showers, restrooms, charging points and water refill stations.
Tickets also come in several forms. During the November 3–9 sales window, the five-day pass is priced at ฿12,900 and the weekend pass at ฿11,500, subject to availability. A Sunday pass is listed at ฿5,000, while special youth, family and first-time visitor options have their own eligibility conditions.
Wonderfruit is worth considering if you enjoy electronic music but want more from a weekend than moving between stages. Just remember that food, accommodation and transport can add considerably to the cost of admission.
Ticket status: November sales window scheduled for November 3–9, subject to available capacity.
Tickets: Sunday passes from ฿5,000, weekend passes at ฿11,500 and five-day passes at ฿12,900. Official ticket information.

Tomorrowland Thailand 2026: A World-Famous Festival Arrives in Pattaya
December 11–13, 2026 | Wisdom Valley, Pattaya, Chonburi
Tomorrowland’s arrival in Thailand is one of the biggest developments in the country’s electronic music scene this year.
After years of building an international reputation through its spectacular Belgian editions, the festival is bringing its first full-scale Asian event to Wisdom Valley in Pattaya.
This isn’t simply a one-night show featuring a few recognizable DJs. Tomorrowland Thailand is being developed as a major three-day festival, with elaborate stages, extensive audiovisual production and an international electronic music lineup.
Seven stages and more than 100 artists have been announced, with Martin Garrix and Swedish House Mafia among the headline attractions. Other major names include Afrojack, Alan Walker, Steve Aoki, Alok, Lost Frequencies and R3HAB.

The Mainstage, CORE and FREEDOM are among the planned stages, each offering a different musical setting. The 2026 festival is built around the Consciencia theme, which explores six emotions through the artistic and visual design of the event.
Tomorrowland’s stage architecture has become almost as recognizable as the festival itself. Seeing how that production translates to its new location in Thailand will be one of the most interesting aspects of the debut.
Wisdom Valley provides the space needed for a substantial outdoor event, surrounded by natural scenery in Chonburi. It’s a different environment from the original festival in Belgium, giving the Thailand edition an identity of its own.
There’s also a notable practical difference. Unlike the Belgian event, Tomorrowland Thailand will not feature a DreamVille camping area. Visitors need to arrange accommodation independently or consider the organizer’s hotel and travel packages.
The festival runs December 11–13, with a minimum admission age of 20.
Unfortunately for anyone planning a last-minute trip, official festival tickets are already sold out. The organizers confirmed the sellout months before the event.
That hasn’t reduced the excitement surrounding its debut, but it does make reliable ticket information especially important. Avoid unofficial resale offers that cannot be authenticated through the organizer.
Ticket status: Officially sold out.

EDC Thailand 2026: Three Nights of Electronic Music in Phuket
December 18–20, 2026 | Rhythm Park, Phuket
If you’re planning a December trip to Phuket and electronic music is your thing, EDC Thailand is a strong reason to make the journey.
Electric Daisy Carnival returns to Rhythm Park for three nights, bringing the scale and production associated with one of the world’s most recognizable electronic music festival brands.
The lineup is particularly impressive this year. Martin Garrix, Tiësto, DJ Snake, Charlotte de Witte, Dom Dolla, Above & Beyond, Jamie Jones, Green Velvet B2B Steve Angello, Miss Monique and numerous other international artists are on the bill.
That variety means visitors aren’t limited to one kind of electronic music. EDC’s different stages offer contrasting sounds, and knowing where your favorite artists are playing can make a substantial difference to how you spend each night.

The kineticFIELD main stage is designed for major productions and large crowds, while circuitGROUNDS leans into bass music and drum and bass. House and techno fans will have neonGARDEN, while stereoBLOOM, bionicJUNGLE and BOOMBOX broaden the selection further.
It’s the sort of lineup that can make planning your evening surprisingly difficult, especially when several artists you want to see are performing at overlapping times.
Of course, EDC is about more than the DJ sets. Its large-scale visual productions, elaborate stage designs, lighting, art and roaming performers are all part of the attraction.
The Phuket location also makes it possible to combine the event with a holiday. Visitors can spend a few days exploring the island before heading to Rhythm Park for the evening performances.
EDC Thailand runs from December 18–20, with gates operating from 3 PM until midnight each day. Admission is restricted to people aged 20 and older, and valid identification is required.
Published tickets include single-day general admission at ฿4,700, a three-day general admission pass at ฿10,490 and three-day VIP admission at ฿16,490, subject to availability.
Organizers also offer Hotel EDC packages, some including accommodation, shuttle transfers and access to additional activities. These can be considerably more expensive than standard festival tickets, so compare the packages carefully before deciding.
With thousands of visitors expected, booking accommodation and organizing transportation early is a sensible move.
Ticket status: Official ticket seller currently lists single-day, three-day and VIP categories.
Tickets: Single-day GA from ฿4,700, three-day GA at ฿10,490 and three-day VIP at ฿16,490. Official tickets.

Big Mountain Village 2026: A Thai Music Weekend in Khao Yai
December 12–13, 2026 | Farm Chokchai 3, Pak Chong, Nakhon Ratchasima
There’s a reason Big Mountain has remained such a familiar name among Thai music fans. The festival brings together an enormous range of local artists, giving people the chance to enjoy two days of live music while escaping the city for a weekend.
This year introduces a few important changes.
Previously known as Big Mountain Music Festival, the event returns as Big Mountain Village, moving to Farm Chokchai 3 in Pak Chong, near Khao Yai.
For returning festivalgoers, the new venue is likely to be one of the main talking points. Organizers have emphasized improvements to the overall layout, facilities and visitor movement, although the real test will come when the crowds arrive in December.
The music remains the biggest attraction. The announced lineup includes Big Ass, Potato, Palmy, Jeff Satur, Tilly Birds, Bowkylion, Three Man Down, Lomosonic, Slot Machine, Youngohm, 4EVE and PiXXiE, among many others.
Big Mountain is particularly appealing to people who prefer live bands, singers and Thai pop or rock over DJ-led electronic festivals. Its broad programming creates opportunities to move between different performers, enjoy familiar songs with a crowd and discover newer names along the way.
There’s also the simple pleasure of spending a December weekend in the Khao Yai area. Cooler evenings, outdoor surroundings and plenty of music make it a popular setting for a short getaway with friends.
Unlike CAT EXPO, which is relatively easy to attend from central Bangkok, Big Mountain requires more preparation. Farm Chokchai 3 is in Pak Chong, so accommodation, transport and the return journey should all be considered before booking.
The gates are scheduled to open at noon on December 12.
Published regular admission is ฿2,500, while VIP tickets are listed at ฿5,000. Earlier promotional categories were available at lower prices, but those shouldn’t be confused with current admission rates.
If Thai live music is the main reason you attend festivals, Big Mountain Village is one of the most compelling choices on the December calendar.
Ticket status: Tickets have been released through authorized sellers. Confirm the remaining categories.
Tickets: Published regular admission ฿2,500 and VIP ฿5,000. Authorized ticketing and organizer links.

Together Festival 2026: Two Nights of Electronic Music in Bangkok
November 27–28, 2026 | BITEC, Bang Na, Bangkok
Together Festival returns to BITEC in November, bringing two nights of electronic music to Bangkok without requiring a trip to another province.
This year’s announced lineup includes Boys Noize, Holy Priest, ISOxo, Knock2 and Timmy Trumpet, making for an interesting combination of styles.
Boys Noize is known for his distinctive electro and techno productions, while Holy Priest brings a harder, more aggressive sound. ISOxo and Knock2 have built substantial followings with bass-heavy electronic music, and Timmy Trumpet adds the kind of high-energy mainstage performance that can bring an entire crowd together.
For electronic music fans, having several styles represented over one weekend is a major attraction.

Together Festival is more focused on music and dancing than the camping, wellness or artistic programming found at Wonderfruit. That simplicity is part of its appeal. It’s a chance to enjoy a substantial electronic music event over two evenings without committing to several days away from home.
The festival takes place at BITEC, which is accessible from BTS Bang Na. Public transportation is particularly useful here, especially after the performances when getting a taxi could be more difficult.
For anyone looking to extend the celebrations, the organizers have also scheduled a separate pre-party featuring FANTASM at Sphere Hall, EmSphere, on November 20. Combination ticket packages have been advertised for both events.
General admission tickets were initially offered from ฿2,900, although later tiers cost more, and some early categories may already be sold out. The festival is restricted to attendees aged 20 and older.
Ticket status: Tickets on sale, subject to the available category.
Tickets: Published GA pricing from ฿2,900. Official ticket page.

CAT EXPO Bangkok 2026: A Weekend of Thai Music
November 21–22, 2026 | Siam Amazing Park, Bangkok
Anyone who follows Thailand’s indie, alternative or rock scene will already know that CAT EXPO is one of the most interesting weekends on the local music calendar.
Organized by Cat Radio, the two-day festival gathers an extensive selection of Thai bands, singers and independent artists, mixing established names with newer performers. This year’s edition takes over Siam Amazing Park, turning the venue into a large outdoor celebration of Thai music.
The lineup is packed. Slot Machine, Moderndog, Scrubb, Polycat, Phum Viphurit, Safeplanet, The Parkinson, Violette Wautier, NONT TANONT, 4EVE and PiXXiE are among the announced performers.
With dozens of acts, it’s the kind of event where you can arrive to watch your favorite band and leave with several new artists added to your playlist.

What makes CAT EXPO particularly enjoyable is its range. You can move from guitar-driven indie rock to Thai pop, hip-hop and alternative performances without leaving the grounds. There is enough variety to keep the weekend entertaining even if you aren’t familiar with every artist on the schedule.
The Bangkok location is another advantage. Unlike festivals in Phuket or Khao Yai, there’s no need to arrange an entire holiday around the event. Visitors can attend both days while staying in the city.
That convenience comes with one disappointment for anyone who hasn’t booked yet. The official ticketing platform currently lists all published categories as sold out. Its regular two-day admission price was advertised at ฿2,500, with earlier promotional categories starting from ฿1,000.
For those who already have tickets, it’s worth reviewing the final stage schedule carefully. With so many acts sharing the weekend, some difficult decisions between overlapping performances are almost inevitable.
Ticket status: All categories displayed on the official ticket page are sold out.
Tickets: Regular two-day admission was listed at ฿2,500, with earlier promotional prices from ฿1,000. Official ticket information.

Pattaya International Jazz Festival 2026: Two Nights of Jazz by the Sea
November 6–7, 2026 | Pattaya Beach, Chonburi
After the massive stages, electronic music and camping weekends, Pattaya International Jazz Festival offers a completely different way to enjoy live music before the year ends.
For two evenings, Pattaya Beach becomes an open-air concert venue, bringing international jazz performers and established Thai artists together against the backdrop of the Gulf of Thailand.
And the best part is that admission is completely free.
This year’s event takes place under the theme Eco Jazz, with Grammy-winning saxophonist Kenny G headlining on Saturday, November 7. His appearance is likely to be a major draw, particularly for listeners familiar with the smooth jazz recordings that have made him one of the genre’s most recognizable performers.
The festival isn’t limited to traditional jazz. The lineup includes The Shang Sisters, TOSH, Ben Chalatit, The Paradise Bangkok Molam International Band, Amp Saowaluck, WIM and other Thai and international acts.
The Paradise Bangkok Molam International Band should be particularly interesting for anyone who enjoys hearing Thailand’s northeastern musical traditions mixed with contemporary influences. With jazz, soul, funk and Thai music represented across the weekend, there’s plenty to enjoy even if you don’t usually listen to jazz.

The location makes this festival especially appealing. Rather than traveling to an isolated venue, visitors can enjoy the beachfront, explore nearby restaurants and spend the evening listening to live music by the sea.
It’s also an accessible option for families, Pattaya residents and visitors who want to enjoy a substantial music event without buying an expensive festival pass.
Organized by Pattaya City and the Chonburi Provincial Administrative Organization, the festival runs on November 6–7, with the food and drink area opening at 4 PM each day. Performances begin later in the afternoon and continue into the evening.
Saturday is likely to attract particularly strong interest because of Kenny G’s appearance, scheduled for 10 PM. Arriving early would be sensible for anyone hoping to watch from near the stage.
With free entry, a waterfront setting and a varied lineup, Pattaya International Jazz Festival is one of the easiest ways to enjoy live music during Thailand’s final festival season of 2026.
Ticket status: Free admission. No ticket purchase required.
Tickets: Free entry on November 6–7, with the festival area opening at 4 PM. Official event information.

Which Thailand Music Festival Should You Choose?
With several major festivals taking place over consecutive weekends, choosing the right one comes down to your musical preferences, budget and how much traveling you’re prepared to do.
For electronic music fans who want huge productions and international DJs, Tomorrowland Thailand and EDC Thailand are obvious attractions. Both bring large crowds and elaborate stages, although Tomorrowland is already sold out.
Together Festival is a practical alternative for those who want a substantial electronic music event without leaving Bangkok.
Wonderfruit is better suited to visitors who want music alongside art, food and cultural programming. It also rewards spending more than a single day at the venue, since exploring the grounds is a significant part of what makes the event appealing.
Fans of Thai rock, indie and pop should look closely at CAT EXPO and Big Mountain Village. CAT EXPO is an easier option for Bangkok residents, while Big Mountain makes more sense as a full weekend getaway.
Pattaya International Jazz Festival offers another appealing option, particularly for people interested in jazz, soul and live instrumentation. Its free beachfront setting also makes it one of the most accessible festivals on the calendar, including for families and casual music fans.
For smaller gatherings and underground electronic music, Mycelium and PANLAWAN offer more intimate surroundings, with camping and nature playing a much bigger role than they do at the urban events.
Whatever your preference, choosing a festival that suits your interests is likely to be more rewarding than simply attending whichever has the most famous headliners.
Planning Your Thailand Music Festival Trip
A festival ticket is only the beginning of the budget, especially when traveling outside Bangkok.
For events in Chonburi, Chiang Mai, Pak Chong or Phuket, accommodation and transport can become substantial expenses. It’s worth comparing the full cost of a trip before deciding which event offers the best value.
Camping can save money in some circumstances, but it also requires preparation. Mycelium includes access to a camping area with eligible tickets, although equipment is not included. Wonderfruit charges separately for General Camping and requires visitors to bring their own tents.
For urban festivals, public transportation can make the journey much easier. Together Festival takes place near BTS Bang Na, while CAT EXPO is within Bangkok, although visitors should still plan how to reach the venue and return home.
Pattaya International Jazz Festival is different because admission is free and the performances take place along the city’s beachfront. Visitors can attend without purchasing a festival pass, although accommodation and travel costs still apply to those coming from elsewhere.
Age restrictions are another important detail. Together Festival, Tomorrowland and EDC Thailand are intended for adults aged 20 and older. Family-friendly arrangements exist at some other events, including Wonderfruit and Mycelium.
It’s also worth checking entry policies, whether you can leave and re-enter the grounds, and what items are permitted. Rules can differ considerably between organizers.
Finally, purchase tickets through official platforms whenever possible. Sold-out festivals attract resale activity, and an unusually cheap offer from an unfamiliar seller isn’t worth the risk of arriving with an invalid ticket.

One Last Festival Before 2026 Ends
There isn’t much of the year left, but Thailand’s festival calendar is far from finished.
Between Tomorrowland’s historic debut, EDC’s Phuket return, Wonderfruit’s creative world and the huge selection of Thai and international artists performing across the country, there’s still time to squeeze in a memorable weekend before New Year’s Eve.
The biggest challenge might be picking just one. December’s calendar is particularly busy, with several festivals falling on the same weekends and accommodation likely to be in high demand around major venues.
For anyone who’s spent the year promising to attend more live music events, the final weeks of 2026 provide plenty of opportunities to make good on that promise.
Choose the music, gather your friends and make one last trip worth remembering.
